| Jul 15, 2009 12:55 PM | okay fellow wankers, IAH2009 is about a month and a half away. Look at our webpage under groups for lodging, transportation and buy/sell your regos. A lot of questions on where the 'VENUE" is located with respect to the hash hotels. Both hash hotels are about a 5 minute walk to the West Portal, our venue site. We plan to have rotating buses to and from the venue Friday, Saturday and Sunday. With a few of the buses making the trip into the town of Winter Park. The theme for Sunday's ball is The Wild Wild West, so bring your assless chaps or whatever. T-shirts have been ordered. So its too late to change your shirt size. Seeing how everyone of us is most likely half-minded, we ordered a few extra shirt to purchase or exchange. Naturally that will be on a first come first served basis. One more important item, you all can change information on our own rego. go to www.iah2009.com and clcik on "update my rego". you will need your rego number and unique ID number. READ the FAQ's on this topic and how to obtain your unique ID number if you didn't save your email that contained said number. as always, email us at the respective help site email addresses that are contained on our webpage for the particular topic you have in mind. on on sperm crawler, go-gm of this here western shindig | |

When booking be sure to mention the appropriate "booking code" for WPML. WPML- per your last email request there are 18 rooms left ?. mixture of Forest View 2 Doubles handicap accessible and Forest View one king. These rooms are in the back of the hotel? | |

And at the Vintage there are approx. 65 rooms avaialable. Now there are 2, 3 bedroom configurations available as well at each locale. | Apr 10, 2008 10:37 AM | To All IAH2009 hashers: I spoke with the Winter Park Lodge and Vintage yesterday and today. As of today, the Winter Park lodge has more registered rooms. I will post on a monthly basis, for now, the number of rooms available at the Winter Park Lodge and The Vintage. I will post here and on our official webpage IAH2009.com in the GM Corner. Yes the rooms are filling up. There are plenty of rooms available today. There is about ( notice I said about, I don't get an instantaneous update) 115 Rooms available at the Winter Park lodge, about 100 rooms available at the Vintage. Many of these rooms hold 6 to 8 folks if you want.. Remember, the room rate is just that, a room rate. They don't care how many folks are in a room. ON ON to Playing with our Peaks!
